Warranty Info.

All Machines listed on this site come standard with a limited one-year warranty!

This warranty is against manufacturer defects and workmanship. The warranty also covers any piece of the machine that is mechanical or electrical. The warranty does not cover bulbs or anything on the slot machine that breaks from negligent use. All slot machines are fully tested before they ship to you. Some normal wear might be evident on certain machines due to previous use in another country.

Our experience shows that almost all of all problems can be simply fixed over the phone or by sending you a part. In such cases that we must have the machine in our possession, after the first 31 calendar days from receipt of delivery the machine, the buyer / owner will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Please note that some machines we do sell are limited in quantities. If for some reason your machine needs to be exchanged and are no longer available, your machine will be exchanged for something of equal value.

This warranty is nontransferable and applies to the original purchase only.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by the following: Neglect, misuse, fire, flood, vandalism, or acts of God.

All that being said, we do everything possible to resolve the problem over the phone. If we cannot resolve the problem over the phone, within the first 30 days from receipt of delivery of the machine, we will issue a "Call Tag" for the product and PICK IT UP at OUR expense, and either repair or replace the machine and ship it back to you ALL at OUR EXPENSE. To avoid damage, the machine MUST be in its original shipping carton. (Pachislo Slots Inc. reserves the right to decide whether to repair or replace the product with a similar but not necessarily identical product depending on availability).
