HERE IS HOW TO ORDER:

If you have artwork that is high resolution and ready to print, you can order online by clicking the CART button at the bottom of this page and then emailing us your image file.

If you're like most people, and need some help with artwork or need a design created from scratch, simply email us whatever you have. Please be as detailed as possible in your description about what you're looking for, and one of our production designers will get back with you in no more than 2 business day. Average time in most cases is 1 business day.

Below are all the production details you need to know and the answers to the most frequently asked questions we get:

What is your turnaround time?

Design proofs: 1 to 2 business days for digital proofs of original design. Revisions 1 business day.

Print Proofs: 2-4 business days. We always print one poker chip with your approved design, scan it and email it to your for your final approval. You can also have it shipped to you. Payment is required before printing proofs.

Printing of chips: Currently 5 - 10 business days for completion of printed chips.

Shipping: 2- 4 business days from completion of chips unless express shipping is used.

What type of chip do you print on?

We print on 6 different type of chips, but the pricing and the chip shown on this page is for the 13 gram clay 6 stripe design (it has 6 stripes going around the center).

Do you print on stickers?

The word sticker implies cheap and this is where you have to be careful what you're buying. Many custom chip makers print on office depot paper labels with a thin lamination. This type of printing will not last. We print on an industrial strength adhesive backed vinyl that is cut to the exact diameter of the chip center you choose.

It's then laminated with an 8mm polycarbonate layer, the hardest and most expensive lamination available. The lamination is the key to the durability of the print area, and we use only the best. The final step is when it's set into the poker chip, flush to the surface of the chip. You will not be able to remove this and it is impermeable to water, alcohol, or any of the common liquids that spill on poker chip. The image will last a lifetime and will never come off.

Can I customize the edges of the chip?

No. We only print in the center portion of the chip. The edge stripe designs shown are already part of the chip.

The edge stripe design can not be changed. We currently have grey, red, green, blue, and black stripe chips. You can choose one or any combination of those colors for your set.

Do you print on both sides of the chip?

Yes, our prices include printing on both sides of the chip.

Does it cost more to use multiple images?

The price shown above includes up to two images per set. This means you can print a diffrent front and back of the chips in your set, providing that they're two images for all chips in your set.

For sets that include more than two images, there is an $8 per image charge.

Example 1:

There are 5 different color stripe chips in a set (grey, red, green, blue, and black). You have two total different images, one for the front and one for the back side of the chip. In this case, there is no additional charge, because you only are using two images total in your set.

Example 2:

There are 5 different color stripe chips in a set (grey, red, green, blue, and black). You want to have different denominations printed on each of the 5 color stripe chips (both sides of each chip with the same denomination). So now you will have 5 total images. In this case, you will have 3 additional images (5 total minus the 2 included), so there is a $24 additional charge ($8 per additional image x 3 additional images).
